The phase I negotiation which comprises of Trade in Goods, Trade in Services and Dispute Settlement still has outstanding issues both on goods and services, the outstanding issues on Trade in Goods are the issues on Rules of Origin & Special Economic Zones, while on services is the submission of the draft schedule of specific commitment of state parties.
