DRAFTING OF MUTUAL RECOGNITION AGREEMENT (MRA) TEMPLATE

The office is in the process of developing a Mutual Recognition Agreement template which is to have mutual recognitions on both professional and technical standards with Nigerian counterparts. This process involves a direct consultative/working sessions with the relevant stakeholders, we have had one working session on the 29^thof August 2022, and it is expected to come up with a draft MRA template to be presented to the Honourable Minister of Investment, Trade and Industry and then an approval from the Federal Executive Council (FEC)
